KikDigital Company Limited provides services including but not limited to safari website development, business websites & systems, SEO, digital marketing, and related digital solutions. All services will be delivered as agreed in the project proposal or quotation.
3. Payments
All projects require an agreed deposit before work begins. Full payment terms will be outlined in the invoice or agreement. Work may be paused or withheld if payments are delayed or incomplete.
4. Project Delivery
Project timelines will be agreed upon before commencement. While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to client feedback delays, content submission, or unforeseen technical issues.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and required information in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may affect project deadlines.
6. Revisions
We offer a reasonable number of revisions as agreed per project scope. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final website or deliverables will be transferred to the client. KikDigital reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
8. SEO and Marketing Results
While we use professional strategies to improve visibility and performance, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or sales results due to external factors beyond our control.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Any completed work up to the termination date must be paid for in full.
10. Liability
KikDigital Company Limited is not liable for any indirect losses, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use of our services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
